TOUGH WAR BY  CARTELS HAS PROMPTED THE COMMUNITY TO STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH DR. MANDUKU OF KPA AND CHIEF JUSTICE MARAGA.

It is disturbing that certain individuals are hell bent in frustrating Dr.Manduku and the Hon.Chief Justice, both who hail from the kisii community.

It is within public knowledge that Dr. Manduku has brought sanity at the port, since his appointment port efficiency has greatly improved, Multi billion tenders have been cancelled due to interference by external forces and other valid reasons. It is shocking that now Manduku is being attacked by cartels and their agents in the mainstream media that have suffered because the man is streamlining operations at the port.

It is not rocket science to foresee a well calculated malicious strategy aimed at implicating Dr.Manduku With flimsy corruption cases inorder to remove him from the helm of Kenya ports authority. Some of the claimed instances in the Media are just mere hogwash, correspondences seen indicate other interesting true facts that the mainstream Media is not interested in airing.

Hon.Maraga on the other hand is a no nonsense man full of integrity who is currently under siege because of his hard stand on ensuring that Kenyans with cases are only convicted or acquired on the strength of evidence presented before court.This I believe is rattling agents of doom who only intend to sort out certain individual scores through the courts ,a fact which the courts have flatly rejected.

The two gentlemen hail from the Kisii community which is known to produce some of the no nonsense, strict workaholics like Dr.Manduku and CJ Maraga. As a community we would like to appeal to the president to call to order agencies that are tasked with certain key responsibilities to ensure that they are not used by cartels and self centered individuals to frustrate government officials from our backyard.

We will surely revisit any malicious steps taken against our own people who want to be victimized for doing that which they were appointed to do.

To all those crafting this nonsense against Dr.Manduku and Chief Justice Maraga we will shame you in public and you will have nowhere to hide.Dont dare Men of integrity.To the cartels and those involved Your days are numbered.

*KISII COUNTY RECEIVES DONORS FROM MAURITIUS*

His Excellency Governor Ongwae received a  delegation from the State Bank of Mauritius (SBM) led by Chairman Mr. Kee Chong Li Kwong Wing. They held deliberations on areas of possible collaboration, between the SBM and Kisii County which will help spur growth in the local economy.
He asked the SBM team to customise their policies and support our small scale farmers especially in the  agricultural sector and invest in the health sector among others. The SBM team committed to offer support in the areas of manufacturing, cottage industry and the construction industry.  Mr. Li Kwong Wing delivered a message of goodwill from the people of Mauritius and reiterated the bank's solid backing from the government of Mauritius which enjoys more than 51% shareholding. The chairman also assured me of the bank's commitment to help the country attain its development agenda. The county government is keen to positively collaborate with SBM to boost development while engaging more  partners  to help improve public service delivery. #OngwaeLegacy

WHY WAR ON KPA MD MANDUKU IS A WASTE OF TIME BY CARTELS.
BIG SHAME.
Mr. Joseph Patterson Okakho is a gun for hire by third-party forces determined by hook and crook to dethrone Dr. Arch. Daniel Manduku as MD Kenya Ports Authority, the government agency mandated to develop, operate, improve, and regulate seaports in the Republic of Kenya since 1978 including Mombasa Kilindini Port, Lamu Port, and Kisumu Port as well as dry ports/Inland Container Deport (ICD) of Embakasi Nairobi.
Mr. Okakho is a fake whistleblower. He is waging a war of vendetta against the MD after being demoted as acting Head of KPA Ethics & Integrity due to gross misconduct, unprofessionalism and violation of code of ethics of KPA which he swore to uphold.
Mr. Okakho was found by outside forces to be the a natural whistleblower for hire since he is an insider of KPA.
Dr. Arch. Manduku came from outside the KPA structures to help streamline KPA operations as well as carry out surgical reforms to redeem KPA from wanton misappropriation and patronage and opaque tendering processes that has been the order of operations since inception.
Tenderpreneurs and their political patrons have been controlling KPA since 1978.
KPA is a national state asset. Its not a village agency nor a private enterprise as some may believe.
In under 1 year, Dr. Arch. Manduku through his firm and professional leadership has been able to dismantle, disrupt and destroy a network of corruption cartels and wheeler-dealers who have been milking the KPA coffers dry.
Mr. Okakho is a convenient conveyer belt who has been paid by special interest groups among them Tenderpreneurs to bring into question the reputation and integrity of the KPA MD.
We know that he was paid a tidy sum of money amounting to millions in cash to be a fake whistleblower.
His 18 page documents of fake and unfounded allegations were drafted in a Law firm that was paid for and by the Tenderpreneurs.
DCI, DPP, Auditor General, EACC, PAC, Judicial Authority, AG and other state agencies should not take Mr. Okakho's allegations serious.
First he should be investigated and prosecuted for waking a fake propaganda campaign with a sole mission to have Dr. Arch. Manduku fired or arraigned in a Court of Law.
How can somebody who was hired less than one year ago be accused of corruption dating back to multiple years of inept management of KPA?
All files and communication not limited and including text, calls, Whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook and emails between top management of KPA and that of Mr. Okakho and his Pay Masters should be investigated with immediate effect.
President Kenyatta, KPA Board, CS and PS Transport and the public is made to believe that KPA MD should be let go contrary to facts on the ground.
Mr. Okakho and his hirelings of cartels must be made to account for their fake, unfounded allegations and trumped up charges.
